Managing Partner
Erik focuses on corporate strategy and leads Broad Oak’s development team. He provides oversight, and is responsible for sourcing, capitalizing, and delivering new multifamily and mixed-use communities. Erik has been instrumental in the development of over 3,200 multifamily units and more than 60,000 square feet of supporting retail and commercial space.
Prior to Broad Oak’s predecessor company, OneEleven Residential, Erik served as Vice President & Development Partner at Jefferson Apartment Group. He began his multifamily development career at Picerne Real Estate Group after first gaining experience in the construction industry.
Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
